Who we are

Keyboard Rush is operated by Polynova Digital LLC, doing business as (DBA) Lost Reality Games. See "Contact us" below for how to reach us.

What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible:

• No accounts. The game uses a license-key model, so we do not ask you to create an account or set a password.
• Purchases on this site. Payments made on keyboardrush.com are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They collect your email and billing details and send your license key directly in their order receipt email. We do not store a copy of your license key or your purchase email on our servers.
• Purchases on Steam. If you buy Keyboard Rush through Steam instead, your purchase is handled entirely by Valve. This policy covers the keyboardrush.com website only. Steam purchases are governed by Valve's privacy policy.
• No third-party advertising or behavioral trackers.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

Keyboard Rush is suitable for a general audience and may be played by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not require account creation, we do not use behavioral advertising, and we do not run third-party trackers on this site.

The only point at which a personal detail is collected is at checkout, where Lemon Squeezy needs an email address to deliver the license key. Checkout should always be completed by a parent or guardian on a child's behalf. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information without parental consent, contact us using the address in "Contact us" below and we will delete it promptly.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly functional cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The main one is a signed license cookie set only after you redeem a license key, so the site remembers that your key is valid and you do not have to re-enter it each visit. It is an HttpOnly, Secure cookie (not readable by page scripts, sent only over HTTPS), it stores a signed token rather than your raw key, and it lasts up to about 12 months before it expires and you are asked to redeem again. Clearing your browser cookies removes it.

Data we do not collect

• No third-party advertising identifiers.
• No location data beyond what Lemon Squeezy needs for sales-tax compliance at checkout.
• No social media tracking pixels.
• No data sold or shared with brokers.

Your rights

This website does not store your personal data on its own servers. Purchase information (your email, billing details, and license key) is held by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. To access or delete that data, contact Lemon Squeezy directly, or contact us and we will pass your request along. Some order records may be retained where the law requires it.
