What happens after payment?

Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) emails you a receipt containing your license key. The sender shows up as "Lost Reality Games via Lemon Squeezy". Enter the key at keyboardrush.com/redeem and play forever. No account needed.

Who handles payment?

Lemon Squeezy processes the payment, issues your license key, and acts as merchant of record, so VAT and sales tax are handled automatically wherever you are. Your card statement will show "LEMSQZY* LOSTREALITYGA".

Lost my key?

Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from "Lost Reality Games via Lemon Squeezy". Still missing? Email support@lostrealitygames.com with the address you used at checkout and we will resend it.

Does it work on multiple devices?

Yes. Re-enter your key on any device (phone, laptop, Chromebook) and it unlocks there too. Any device you play on must have a physical keyboard connected.

Will I lose access if I clear my browser or switch browsers?

No, your access is safe. Your license key is permanent proof of purchase and lives in your receipt email, so keep that email. When you redeem, we save a small cookie that keeps you unlocked on that browser for about 12 months. Clearing your cookies, using private browsing, or switching to a new browser or device just means you re-enter the key from your email. Each key can be redeemed on up to 5 devices to prevent piracy. If you run out, email support@lostrealitygames.com and we will add more.

Refund policy?

If the game does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The free demo lets you try before you buy. Steam purchases follow Steam's standard refund policy (typically within 14 days and under 2 hours of playtime).

What's the difference between buying here and on Steam?

Buying here gets you a license key that unlocks the full game in your browser on any device with a physical keyboard, plus optional Windows and Linux downloads. Buying on Steam gets you the native Windows or Linux build installed through the Steam client. Same game, different delivery. Pick whichever fits how you play.
